Sam at White Swan FarmerKeep it in the back of the fridge, not the door, where it stays coldest. Ours usually tastes best within about a week. When it starts to sour it is still great for baking or pancakes - nothing goes to waste!

Yes! Freeze it in the paper it comes in, inside a freezer bag.
